YSL Mascara Review

Influenster and YSL teamed up and sent me a new mascara to try. First off, the packaging is to die for! It's gold and sleek looking. Next up, it has that YSL smell, that is amazing. I almost want to eat it. And it's mascara. Yeah.....
As far as how it actually works. Best mascara hands down I've tried. It does amazing things for length (which is most important for me). It's very comparable to Benefit's They're Real, which gives those long spider-like lashes. It's very black and most of all, doesn't flake off throughout the day. I've very pleased with it and would definitely purchase in the future. :)

Got this awesome voxbox from Influenster and I'm loving everything in it!! :)

Best toothpaste ever...

So I'm trying this awesome thing called voxbox where they let us try products for FREE and we get to review and share what we think of them. The one I'm using right now is Luster Whitening toothpaste. I've used tons of these whiting pastes over the years, as well as crest whitestrips, and bleach from the dentist. They are either too harsh and make my teeth sensitive, or they do nothing. Especially for a diet coke addict like me. But this one is literally whitening my teeth, and it has the best flavor ever! I won't ever switch toothpastes again. :)

Wrapping up Summer

Summer is finally winding down and fall is in the air! As much as I am a total summer/beach/pool/flip flop girl, I love fall! I love the smells and the colors and the fall clothes and decorations and food! It seems the last few years we have sort of skipped fall and jumped right into winter, so I'm really hoping we get a fall this year. Things have calmed down which has been nice, and now that I'm saying that, it will only get busy again.

A few things that have happened in the last month:

Our friends Erin and Jordan got sealed in the temple and we are so happy for them!

I don't have a picture, but my best friend Shawnie got engaged!! :) So happy for her.

Celebrated Mika, Britt, Sadie, and Erin's birthdays.

Tay and the guys built a shed for their four wheelers...

Tay's cousin, Brooke got married. (I'm horrible for not taking a picture of the bride and groom. But here's us, lol.)

My dad got a motorcycle (yikes!)

We spent a weekend up at Park City with my family at a condo. We shopped at the outlets, rode the alpine slide, watched the BYU/Utah game, and sat in the hot tub. It was a blast!

(You don't know how many laughs we get walking around in public like this. Lol. Not an easy thing!)

We have to make it fair and go to both a BYU and Utah game.

(My favorite player of all time Brian Kehl was there!! Ahhhhhh!!! I love him.)

Okay well now that I posted all that, it seems like a very busy month. Haha. Well, what can I say? Story of our lives. :)

This month so far has been almost as hectic as July. We went to Lake Powell again, this time for a whole week, making it our third annual trip with Jason and Mika.
